Because I am one of you as former

Girl Scout Chief Program Officer.

The groundbreaking Volunteer Conflict Management System℠ was created out of sheer necessity (and a smidgen of desperation) while Marla Benson served as an executive with Girl Scouts supporting tens of thousands of girls and volunteers.

Girl Scout Councils Experiencing the Benefits of

The Volunteer Conflict Management System℠

Deriving big payoffs from the Volunteer Relations Conflict Management System are the influential Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan, Girl Scouts of Minnesota, Wisconsin River Valleys, Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania, Girl Scouts North East Ohio and more!!

We have also expanded beyond the United States to team with WAGGGS member, Girl Guides Association of Antigua & Barbuda.

Don't wait any longer to learn how these powerful Councils are experiencing dramatic reductions in stellar CEI Case Management stats, wasted time, energy and money with the VR Conflict Management System℠.

Here's What Client Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania Has to Say About Their Results:

Our transition to CEI has helped us continue to grow in the area of Case Management and closing Volunteer Relations℠ matters quickly.

  • We opened 680 cases in August (2016) and closed 84.2% at first contact.  We are also closing cases on an average of 6.15 hours.

  • Nationally, 66.9% of cases are closed at first contact, and are closed at an average of 10.7 hours.

Salesforce has greatly improved our ability to track ineligible volunteers, track hours a Volunteer Relations℠ case is open and differentiate that from all other CEI cases.

VR and CEI need to go hand in hand.  They complement each other.

Thank you all for all of your work to help GSSEM continue to be a leader in case management!
