Well, I didn’t!
Continuing my theme of ‘What I Learned this Summer’ is this…while attending a session at The Kansas Conference on Volunteerism led by Jamie Crispin, Deputy Director of The Kansas Volunteer Commission, on how to become a Certified Volunteer Administrator, she shared her copy of the CCVA textbook, Volunteer Administration: Professional Practice, 3rd Edition.
Of course, I went right to the section on Conflict Resolution and there it was, right there on page 211, a quote from me about how not everything that looks and feels like conflict, really is. This was excerpted from my article entitled ‘Five Strategies to Shut Down Volunteer Conflict’ published in e-Volunteerism.
